Motion to the Judge

Please help me!! I was divorced about 1 1/2 years ago..The degcree stated that my x pay for a bill that is a second on my mortgage..He did pay for a while,but now he stoped making payments..I have the paper work to take him back to court,but the court says I have to file a motion..How? I can not find anyone to tell me wihtout a fee..Thank You for your time.

Florida law - If this payment is a form of alimony (look at your final judgment) then it is a Motion for Contempt. If it is not alimony, then file a Motion to Enforce the Final Judgment or Mediated Agreement. Use the same case number and names on the case. Titled as above. State when you were divorced and attach a copy of the final judgment and agreement, if any. Explain this payment and that your ex stopped paying. Ask the court to enforce the final judgment and agreement and ask for a hearing date. Send a copy of your motion and hearing date to ex.
