can you appeal an amended judgment,

can you appeals a amended judgment, this was amended by the judge with no motion or hearing. There was never due process served to a 2nd defendant added, this defendant was acting as pro-se representative and then added as a defendant. I want to appeal this part of our lawsuit.Do I have to wait for the final order.

You can appeal any final judgment, amended or not, per Idaho Appellate Rule 11 which says you can appeal any final orders or judgments of a district court in a civil action
