Business buy out debt owed
My ex business partner owes me money on a buy out agreement, more money than is allowed by small claims. How do I go about getting my money? Business went under.

ask him if he'll sign several promissory notes on the debt with wach note less than the amount you can sue for in small claims. Then sue in small claims on each separate note since they are now separate debts upon which you can sue. I give a half hour free cdonsultation in my office.
