Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Idaho

What legal rights do I have when a neighbor refuses to pay for half of a new fen

What legal rights do I have when an adjoining neighbor refuses to pay for half of a new fence and in turn puts up the old fence claiming they will not be utilizing the new fence? We installed the new fence on our property by more than a foot. Within an hour of our completion, they removed the old, damaged fence completely. After this was completed, we sent them a bill for half the materials, and labor which they had agreed to pay. They said they would give us $100 of the $416 bill. We refused and said it was their legal responsibility to pay for half of the new fence. They have since then put up the old, damaged fence claiming they will not be utilizing the new fence at all and are not responsible for paying for it. They propped the old fence back up against the new fence, using it for stability. First of all, they have installed a fence on our property, and secondly, it seems to me that they cannot just put the old fence back up because they do not want to pay for the new fence. Do I have any legal rights to do anything about this? Thanks!

Since they are trespassing you can so advise them to remove that part that is on your property.
