renters writes

a land lord has taken our deposit. We had a 1 year contract with land lord. The last 2 months of said contract the landlord moved the home. What writes do I have and can I fight this?

You can sue him under your written lease contract for violating the Lease, or on Idaho Code section 6-321 for violating the security deposit law, and under Idaho Code section 6-320 for specific perfomance under the lease contract and for triple damages of any actual damages that you suffered for his violation of the lease contract.
