Green Card Info

I am at present on A H1B visa, and have just received my Labor Certification. I have started the immigrant petition process. At what time is my spouse allowed to start working in the USA.

Assuming you include your spouse in your adjustment of status application ( Form I-485)her status and eligibility for employment will not accrue until your approved adjustment of status. Be careful to check visa availability dates prior to filing for the adjustment since it is required that a visa be available at the time of applying for adjustment.
