Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Idaho

songs downloaded on music players

The hypster player. Seems to good to be true. I'm able to download my own music onto it, and add other community based music.

Could hypster player be another possible lawsuit from the music corporations. Basics if I do sign up for hypster player and put on myspace site could I be infringing on copyright law for a possible lawsuit.

I haven't look into this site, but you should know from what you pay for the music whether or not it is legal. If you are sharing music with strangers and not paying, then the site operators certainly aren't paying for use of the music out of their own pocket.
