Bumper Sticker & Parking at Work

I have a bumper sticker on my car that says ''Honk if you wanna fuck me'' and my boss told me to either take it off my car or park off his property. Can he tell me that when he allows stickers that say things like ''Jesus loves you''?

Your employer is likely permitted to determine what you may or may not have on work property, which would include bumper stickers.
