False Information Used as Basis for Termination
Two people at my last job provided false information to the HR department that was used as a basis for my termination. This happned in Idaho but the company is based in California. Is it legal for me to be terminated on the basis of false information?

You may have an action vs. your employer as well as a Slander action vs. the person(s) who made the false accusation against you.'
