Labor laws and slander

I quit my position and want my paycheck. What is the time frame for them to pay me?

I'm unable to comment on what Idaho state law may specifically provide, but in general, final paychecks should be paid on the next regularly scheduled pay date. However, you should consult an attorney in your area if you do receive it around that time.
