Legal Question in Employment Law in Idaho
Non-compete validity
Idaho is a right to work state. Are non-compete clauses enforceable. My non-compete is a 90 mile radius for 1 year. Other physicians working for my entity have non-competes of 5 miles. Can the entity give one physician one radius and others a more absurd one? This seems excessive in a rural state. Any opinions?
