Withheld Judgment

I had a job working psychosocial rehabilitation working with children. Today I was fired from that job after a background check changed. I had a withheld judgment on my record that they said was okay initially and then they came back a month later and said that I could not have a withheld judgment and failed my background check. I am just wondering if this is true or what my rights are in this situation.

Were you originally told in WRIting old judgment was OK?

Did you quit another job or forego opportunity to take this one?

At a minimum you should get UE bebefits.
