Abandanded properiorty

Our tennant left over a year ago owing a months rent and leaving her properity in our grauge now for over a year .do we have the right to dispose of the properity as is it is in our grauge and we need use of the building,we do not want storage for keeping the pro[perity just the use of our building please help me as I have been told the former tennant likes to sue people.

You need to follow the statutory procedure for abandoned tenants property. FInd a local attorney versed in landlord tenant law. There may be serious consequences for failing to follow proper procedure.
