Apartment Renter
A lady that I am sharing rent on a apartment will not let me get my furniture out of the apartment. The local police will not help me and say I need to file a civil lawsuit. The other renter changed the lock on the apartment without the owners permission.

Go to LANDLORD and demand entry into apt to retrieve your belongings. If refused entry YOU MAY SUE for unlawful ouster. YOu may want legal assistance from an atty.
