Descrimination because of a felony record
Is it legal for a USDA Housing facility that is subject to Title 6 of the civil rights act of 1964, Title 8 of the fair housing act, section 504 of the rehabilitation act of 1973, and the age discrimination act of 1975 to deny an appliction for entrance into a lease by a person who carries a felony record for having drug charges?
