Landlord adding charges after final walkthrough

I recently moved out of a house that I was renting. We were there for almost three years and there was a bit of damage. We did the final walkthrough about 2 months ago where they signed off on the damages. I went in and paid a portion of it about two weeks ago, now today when I went in to pay them another portion they added additional charges. This can't be legal, right?

Need to see the Lease + the document referenced when they "signed off".
