Can a doctor dispense alka selzter to someone who is experiencing symtoms of a heart attack, who is known to be a heart patient, while in the emergency room?

If dispensing alka seltzer is within the normal standard of care for a health professional when faced with the medical scenario before him/her. You should ask yourself whether the alka seltzer should not have been dispensed, and if the patient suffered any damages as a result.
