Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Idaho

injury aquired at doctors office

Hello, I went to a chiropractic for help with pain in mylegs. He put me on a table that bends you , i guess theriputic of some kind. It didn,t help. He told me my hip was out and bent me forward and bruised my ribs. I couldn't get my breath and told him to stop. The pain was so severe i could hardly move. It scared him enough to take an xray yo see if it was broke. I was in pain for 6 weeks. He took off the money for that day. But i'm still paying on the orther treatments. That did me no good. The resepionist told me it would have happened where i had gone. Do you think i should have to continue paying him. I think he should have payed me for my pain and suffering. Thank you.--

I don't recognize your zip code and you did not list your state. However, any inquiry of this kind should begin with the question as to whether legal action is a practical solution even if one has a legal right to pursue a matter. On the other hand his office may well sue you for non payment of bills. I won't advise you because your concerns seem largely related to what you now perceive as unjustified bills. This is not the nature of my practice. Seek out a lawyer in your locale for specific advise .
