Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Idaho

Misdiagnosis Leads to Coma and Death

My mother was misdiagnosed last July with vertigo. A month later we found out it was a brain aneurism, she went into a coma and died from a bedsore in March. The emergency room dr that say here in July referred her to a dr for follow up, but they would not see her due to no insurance. We have had various attorneys look at what medical records we have, the county says they own my mother and all of her possession and records now unless we go to court, and say there might be a case but there are 2 problems: 1. since there is a shortage of doctors, none will testify against the other and most work at all the hospitals in the area, and 2. they want my father to advance a minimum of $75k. With this type of misdiagnosis, is there a case?
