Eviction of a tentant
I allowed a personal friend of my son, to move into my house and he has literally turned physco! He wont take his med's and wont move out, I have small children. How do I get this guy out? His own doc said if he don't take his med's he will get worse but untill he harms someone there is nothing they can do. What do I do?

Notify him in writing that you are requiring him to pay rent and serve it on him personally, a friend can do this but he will need to prepare an affidavit of service in any court case you may file.
Then, if he doesn't pay the rent as required, serve him a 3 day notice to quit the premises and sue him to get him out. This requires that a trial must be held in 14 days from the date you file your complaint.
Another, maybe easier way is to contact his doctor and see whether he will do a designated examiner report and have the police pick him up on a mental hold.
