Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Idaho

Homeless in the snow?

I moved to the a little town in the state of Idaho last

November. I got a taste of the cold snowy weather up here.

I am renting a house and was told by a friend here, that

landlords here can not kick their tenants out for any reason

when its snowing. Is that true? I noticed in this little

town, you dont see the homeless people wandering around

like some other good size towns.

curiously chilled

Re: Homeless in the snow?

NO THAT IS NOT TRUE! You can be evicted at any time, winter or summer, whether you have kids, are pregnant, etc.
