Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Idaho

Recant on signed contract withing three days ?

I was wondering if it is legal to recant on a signed contract for leasing living quarters within three days of signing the contract. This of course would be the decision of the non-owner. I have heard that it is, from various people, but I would like an answer from a laywer please. Thanks alot !
