IRA early withdrawls for medical bills
I am a single woman with a job paying in the low 40's. I have medical bills that can run over $3,000 with my $2,000 deductible insurance. Is there a way to withdraw from my established IRA portfolio without paying the high penalities of deducting at 51 instead of over 59?

You need a tax professional to answer this question, because 1) it depends upon your particular situation and 2) the tax hit may be more than you can bear, and that person can also help you find alternatives.
