Legal Question in Traffic Law in Idaho
Can my son get a restricted lisence to drive to work?
My 16 year old son has recieved 2 speeding tickets recently and is told that his lisence is going to be suspended. Can he still be allowed to drive to work and back? He has a good job and a 3.5 grade average.

Probably not. However if it is available he must contact the Idaho Dept of Transportation, Driver Services division to see if they will allow him to do so. Since the dept suspended the license, you must go back to the dept for any restricted license. I don't know what their requirements are in this instance. Good Luck.
