Legal Question in Traffic Law in Idaho
Got a speeding ticket was never asked to sign
Hi I was recently pulled over for going ten over...The officer never asked me to sign the ticket and i never signed it...There is a line that says I the defendant agree to appear in court and he scribbled something that is nowhere near legible..does anyone know what he wrote? and can the ticket be dismissed because i did not sign the ticket. Also is there any other likely grounds to get a speeding ticket dismissed?
