Legal Question in Traffic Law in Idaho

Got a speeding ticket was never asked to sign

Hi I was recently pulled over for going ten over...The officer never asked me to sign the ticket and i never signed it...There is a line that says I the defendant agree to appear in court and he scribbled something that is nowhere near legible..does anyone know what he wrote? and can the ticket be dismissed because i did not sign the ticket. Also is there any other likely grounds to get a speeding ticket dismissed?

Your failure to sign the ticket does not void it out. However, there are numerous ways to fight this ticket. Feel free to call us to discuss. We have been fighting these types of tickets for 17 years.
