Traffic ticket expungement
What law or code can be used to expunge traffic tickets from driving records.

You have a common law right to try to have criminal
convictions expunged in Idaho. There is no statutory right.
You must file a motion with the court to expunge your record and
the court will decide whether you can or not.
Another way is to contact the prosecuting attorney for the
entity that caused you to be charged and see if the prosecutor
will stipulate to expunge the record. This is the easier way
if the prosecutor will agree to this.
