Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Idaho

Money owed back to trust?

Over time my mom gave me money and when she passed away my sister and brother became aware of this, They are now saying When my mothers house sells I will not be intitled to any portion that it states in the trust and will. My mother never amended her will or trust, The monies she gave me was a gift. My siblings only have reciepts of the money transfers. and state they will turn it in to our attorney for deductions. Can I lose my equal share because of this?

Re: Money owed back to trust?

Whether you will owe money back to your Mother's trust will be decided by the Court if you do not settle with your siblings.

You should immediately engage the services of a qualified trust and estate attorney in your area to assist you.
