Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Idaho

Power of attorney

I have power of attorney assigned by my mother who is an assisted living place at the present. her doctor will not release her to go and live at her home. She refuses to sign any type of will or living trust. what can i do legally to protect her property from going to probate or any other legal problems if she dies before we get her to sign anything. There are only 2 sisters alive to divide up her estate. She has no leans or has no debts that are outstanding. she will be 85 years of age and cannot sign her name now.Can I sign any type of legal paper or have one made so that we can protect her estate from probate.

than you very much?

Re: Power of attorney

I don't do a lot of probate, but I am sure there is something that can be done. My partner does most of the probate in our office. You may just want to call and talk to him and possibly schedule an appointment.
