Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Idaho

Removing myself from inheritance

I am one of nine children who survived their mother and father. Our mother was one of the heirs of her father's estate and her estate receives disbursements annually from her father's estate. Without going into details of all the fighting, I just want to know if I can be deleted from the list of heirs without legal action. I don't want anything to do with the ridiculous way in which this is being handled and don't need the pittance that comes from it anyway.

Re: Removing myself from inheritance

Contact the administrator of the fund that disburses the

money to your mother's estate each year and file a

written Waiver, which should be acknowledged before

a notary, waiving any and all future disbursements

from the fund and list the reason you are waiving receipt

of the future disbursements.

This should take care of it.
