Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Idaho

restraining order

My sister got a restraing order against me because it was easier than getting an eviction notice out of her house. This had to do with our mothers estate which was worth a lot of money. Now that I have the proof that the restraing order was bogus should I sent that proof to the distict attorney??

Re: restraining order

I'm sorry. You haven't given me enough info for me to answer your question. Ex: What was the TRO for-what's the basis, What does your mom's estate have to do with the restraining order, was the TRO entered within the last 14 days or has it been extended already to the 90 days. Without these facts I cannot answer the question. Sorry. Timothy J. Gass
