Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Idaho
Social Security For The Right Reason?
when something is written in a will about social seecurity money, is it pretty much set in stone? Or are there ways you can get to some of the money for proper reasons?
Such as if the will says the money is only for health, college, and personal well being, and that is all. Is it possible to get the money for a down payment on a house when you are pregnant and living with your boyfriends parents, especially since that would seem to be for personal well being?

Re: Social Security For The Right Reason?
What on earth does SS have to do with the contents of a will? To whom are the social security checks coming?
If there is a trust established by the will and it has the guidelines you suggested, check with the trustee to see what she or he can do under
the trust; there's no better authority than that for your situation.
I'm not licensed to practice in your state, so I could be all wrong.
