Legal Question in Workers Comp in Idaho

Religious freedom and Workmans Compensation

I have severe tennis elbow, 3 orthopedic surgeions have said that I am done as a meat cutter and my restricions include limited use of bothe hands and arms, so pushing or pulling, no lifting over 5 lbs, no repetitive use of eiter hand or arm, no stressful use of both. In fact the forst surgeon told me he was sure I was not going back to work as soon as he opened up my elbow and found the wort rupture he has seen in a repetitive stress injury. The industrial commission is trying to figure out what kind of work I can do, For religious reasons I do not believe in working on Sundays. Can the industrial commission hold that against me.
