Copy right infringement
A friend is being sued for copy right infringement that they arent guilty of what should they do? They were asked to file a response within 3weeks what does that mean? What does filing a response entail?

That all depends on the material involved, for instance, if alleged infringment involves material found on the internet, Gigital Millenium Act and its specifications govern; on the other hand if material is one other than found on the web-different guidelines apply.
