What are the chances of winning a case about unlawful restraint if the alleged victim will not write a statement or testify?

The answer would depend on whether there are other witnesses and what you have stated to others about what happened. If you have not made any admissions and the victim will not testify, the chances are pretty good. They are better if you have a lawyer who knows how and when to make objections to any improper evidence should the case not be dismissed.
