Legal Question in Disability Law in Illinois
disability discrimnation
Iwas terminated 09/18 due to an injury to my hand. My employee told me I need to come back by that date without restrictions, which was not possible cause I didn't have use of the hand yet. So they terminated me. However, I believe this was a excuse to get rid of me for past time taken off with my asthma under fmla. And I can prove past discrimation. Can I do anything about this? Should I report this to eeoc?
