Legal Question in Disability Law in Illinois

employment disability discrimination

i had brain surgery,went back to work ,wear head protection now at work , coworkers call me gig head, hockey head ,vulgar language,shouting at me reported to supervisor,nothing happens .Eeoc filed charges ,no mediation unsuccesfully,what happens next?
