Legal Question in Disability Law in Illinois
Is it possible in Illinois for more than one sibling to be given power of attorney at the same time for property, business and healthcare for an aging parent?
Thanks in advance for responding.

You are talking about 2 different forms, both of which are prescribed by Illinois statutes. One is more for "business" things and the statutory format in Illinois is to provide ONE agent but in case that one fails or refuses to serve to designate an alternate or successor. As to healthcare, that is a completely different form but follows the same pattern: one agent but the ability to name a successor.
