how can i find out if my ex is getting a check for my daughter that lives with me?

Hello. I suggest that you make a visit to the Office of the Social Security Administration closest to you. It probably would be a good idea to take your daughter with you. Once there, you can explain the situation and ask for help in determining whether your ex is receiving the social security checks. Will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.
