Violation of ADA
I worked for a Fortune 500 company that reorged in 2007. I was reassigned to a new job April 2007 after I returned from disability.
The company was unable to reassign me to a job that met my needs.
I ended up leaving that company in Nov 2007 because I had been trying for that long to be reassigned or receive a severance package. However, my health was worsening.
Although I quit I was allowed unemployed based about 301...401...601b.. something like that.
I have had a hard time finding a lawyer that can help with this type of case.
