Chamber of Commerce Minutes
Are upcoming events manditory to be included in the minutes?

Good morning. I just read your posting. In my opinion, including upcoming events in the minutes is a must. A failure to include this information violates the right of other members to proper notice. This requirement should be included in the Chamber of Commerce by-laws, if it is not already listed as a commerce mandate. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
