Legal Question in Administrative Law in Illinois
Mother deeded one son house and 10 acres, now wants it split equally to all three children. Does she have to have deed changed?

You can't "change" a deed. The one son needs to deed what he got back to her, and then she deeds everything out 1/3 1/3 1/3. That's what we mean by "chain of title".
