What is the acceptable level of noise at night in residential areas?
1 Answer from Attorneys
I watched the video; the noise level is extremely disturbing. Bring a class or collective action lawsuit for a private and public nuisance. You can seek damages for past noise as well. This sounds like it would qualify. These lawsuits are very serious, and you are taking the right steps by documenting the noise.
