Questions Asked during evaluation

During the evaluation process, can my employer ask:

1. If I am contributing to the company's Combined Charitys? 2. How much I am contributing?

In my opinion, such questions are irrelevant in

evaluating your work performance. You should

politely protest in writing through an attorney,

if you can prove that any adverse evaluation

was based upon your answers to these particular questions. Will be happy to discuss this with

you further.
