For small in home day care, what legal documents do I need?

I will be using an in home day care provider, who happens to be a great friend. She was our 4 year old's teacher when we first moved. She has raises a good question about liability. Our children will be at her home for a few days, our home for a few days, and she will be authorized to drive them. She wants to know that she won't be at risk for being sued in the event a natural accident should occur (example - kids playing at the park, daughter falls off swing, breaks arm). I wouldn't dream of sueing her, but is there something we should draft up that will document what she will do (proper reasonable and safe care of the children), stimulating days, food, shelter, etc?

Also, what should we say that covers her?

I can't provide you with exact language (for purposes of my own liability) absent formal retention, but you might want to find form language for a covenant not to sue (with the exception of intentional wrongdoing, for which I assume you would want to sue her) and a hold harmless and indemnity provision.
