Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Illinois
Agreed order
I would like to appeal a civil signed order.I search the law library, trying to find S.CT. rule 323 in Illinois compiled statues 1996 but i was unable to find instructions on how to go about it. I believe I have 30 days and the order was signed on the 28th of febrary, 2003. Thank you for any help you could give me.

Re: Agreed order
You must file a notice of appeal with the clerk of the trial court. There are other requirements, too numerous and complex to discuss here. Hire a lawyer to handle your appeal. Call me if you want help. Larry Stein. (630) 221-1755
