Me and my fiance broke up recently and wants his ring back he said if i dont return it to him he going to take me to court who would actually get it

He probably will be entitled to the ring. It was not a gift, it was offered in exchange for a promise of marriage. Since the marriage is not taking place, you really ought to return the ring.
