needs to know what to do after judge rejects and appeal for lacks of information because the public didnt do his job on the post hear conviction so where do we go now and what do my son have to do he had already summit and appeal for the judge to read but she dint look at what he had summit after the public defender summit his appeal that's what got him back to coourt we dont need anyone that dont want to do thier job or have a negective attuide or dont care l

Find yourself a lawyer. If you can't afford one, contact your local bar association, every pro bono service you can find, or area law schools and see if you can't find someone that will waive his/her fee.
