STDs

if two people sleep together and one has an STDs and dont tell you can you sue them if you get it too...?

Hello. Yes, in my opinion, you can definitely file a lawsuit for the injury. I recently represented a wife in a divorce case and the fact that her husband injured her in this way caused the Court to award her more money from the marital assets. This is a very serious matter.
