Legal Question in Banking Law in Illinois
Chase bank closed my account with out my consent and my check retuns and i can do business with my account again only because somebody made mistake and deposited his own money in my account.

What's your question? All I can tell from this is that Chase may have closed your account on your behalf because of security/fraud reasons. Talk to the bank first. Maybe they only put a hold on it.
